3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify koi88 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. koi88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account settings promptly. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

koi88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets, unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are of legitimate origin and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. koi88 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and may request supporting documentation.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-22:00 WIB). 4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

4.5 Fees and Charges

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain unfair advantage

• Market Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate odds or game outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonuses or pending wagers, these must be settled before closure. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

10.2 Termination by koi88

koi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Detection of multiple Accounts
• Breach of responsible gaming policies
• Non-payment of outstanding balances or chargebacks

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination by koi88, any remaining balance may be withheld if the closure is due to Terms violations, fraud, or abuse. All bonuses, promotions, and loyalty points will be forfeited. You will no longer have access to any Account data or transaction history beyond what is legally required to be provided upon request.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law
